Morning HIIT combines alternating bursts of high-intensity activity with intervals of lighter activity to produce a more energetic and effective workout. Interval training focuses on both aerobic and resistance training in order to achieve a well-rounded workout that maximizes caloric burn. (Janna)
Looking for some variety in your workout routine? In 40 minutes you will be pushed through a series of strengthening exercises with short bursts of cardio to optimize fat and caloric burn. This class is a challenge for any fitness level, so be prepared to sweat! (Janna)
A group exercise class that takes members through a series of 5-10 exercises focusing on strength, endurance and power. By incorporating circuit training you’ll notice improvements in your cardio, strength and endurance. (Janna)
A 45 minute exercise class that is designed for older adult and seniors to help gain joint mobility, reduce muscle aches & pains and improve overall fitness. This class involves low impact movements that combine a range of fitness domains including muscle conditioning, strength, balance and flexibility. (Janna)
